\Why Do I Feel So Alone?
Did you know you're not the only one?
You're looking for a relationship but you just can't seem to find it. At times you feel you've found it but the feeling never seems to last. It seems every relationship leaves you with an unexplainable emptiness. Something is missing, but it doesn't ever have to be that way for you again.
One day Jesus met a woman at a well. She too was thirsting for love and fulfillment. He told her that she had been married several times and that the man she was living with wasn't her husband. He then told her that He was the Living Water and that she would thirst no more. Her search was over!
There is One who loves you as His child and wants you to enjoy a relationship with Him. His name is Jesus. He is the answer to your search for that ultimate relationship. He will fill the hole in your heart, help you overcome your loneliness and your faults. He will give you peace here and now, and eternal life with Him in Heaven. He is the one Creator of the universe and all it contains, including you.
You won't be complete inside until you have a personal relationship with the God who created you.
A love relationship with God is the most important relationship that anyone can have in life. And it happens through prayer. Talking to and listening to God. God is eager for you to get started in this love relationship with Him, if you haven't already done so.
If you're really serious about starting a relationship with God ... open your heart to Jesus and pray this prayer:
Dear Jesus Christ, I come to you the best way I know how. I believe that you are the Son of God and that You love me and want to save me. I am a sinner and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe that You suffered and took the punishment for my sins and that You shed Your precious and sinless blood for me by Your death on the cross. I also believe that You arose from the dead and that You did all this to give me eternal life in Heaven. I now receive You into my heart and life as my Lord and Savior. Lord Jesus Christ, I thank You for forgiving and saving me through Your merciful grace. Amen.
