The enemy wants to take you away from the plan and purpose for which you were created.  BUT God has a plan for you and his gift of love, forgiveness and acceptance is free.  And, it's available to any of us who will reach out and receive it.  You can have it right now.  

   Simply by inviting Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Savior.  The Bible says that the whole reason that He came, the reason that He died was because you and I are sinners.  It says that there's not one of us who is born into this world who doesn't come into the world already  with sin in our hearts.  It's our flesh and our nature.

 BUT, God made a way.  He loved us enough that He gave His only Son, who died for us while we were still in our sin, and all we have to do is acknowledge our need for Him.  Invite Him to come in and you step aside.  We need to step down off the throne of decision making in our lives and say, "Jesus, You take up residence in me.  Teach me Your ways.  Show me how to live a life that's significant for you."

Dear Jesus Christ, I come to you the best way I know how.  I believe that you are the Son of God and that You love me and want to save me.  I am a sinner and I ask for your forgiveness.  I believe that You suffered and took the punishment for my sins and that You shed Your precious and sinless blood for me by Your death on the cross.  I also believe that You arose from the dead and that You did all this to give me eternal life in Heaven.  I now receive You into my heart and life as my Lord and Savior. Lord Jesus Christ, I thank You for forgiving and saving me through Your merciful grace.  Amen.
